The Colonna Beach Hotel & Resort has an exclusive Conference Centre, a space of prestige and wide functionality inserted in a Luxury Hotel.
The Conference Center is equipped of 2 wide, large and modern Conference Rooms, and other smaller rooms for a total of beyond 608 places seating. Every meeting room is equipped of high technology that allows to organize any kind of event and to please every requirement as:
the realization of simultaneous translations, the possibility to expose automobiles inside, or videoconferenze and web streaming.
Our Conference Rooms:
A) Sala Colonna (plenaria) lup to 450 people. Through a system of soundproofed walls is modulabile in various distinguished Meeting rooms, as an example:
1. Sala Smeralda up to 225 people;
2. Sala Beach up to 210 people;
B) Sala Corallina up to 160 people;
C) The Conference Center has moreover several Meeting/Business-rooms snodate in several strategic points of the Resort, ideals for little ones meets.
The conference rooms are available for any requirement: theatre style seats, school benches seats, U-shape, imperial, banquet, etc.; and denies an easy to the disabled people.
Every Room it, elegant furnished, is equipped of optimal instrumentations and technologies audio-video. The Conference Room and the Meeting Rooms are furnisshed projectors, amplifiers, microphones, telephones and ADSL.
The elegant Foyer, ideal for "welcome drink" and "coffee break" complete the Conference Center, and the Support rooms are adapted to receive Art Exibitions, Fashion Shows Room and Events.
All rooms have direct access from the Hall and the outside of the Resort through the Piazzetta Column, with carrabile access. The Staff of the Resort will be to complete disposition of the customers in order to supply a personalized attendance, to estimate the best solution based on your necessities and to cure every minimal detail of any event to organize, also with personalized Restaurant Menus for welcome drink, lunch, dinner, several buffet and suppers of gala.
